Functions of the College Council Committee

The Secretary shall convene the meeting.
The college council shall meet at least 4 times a year and record minutes.
Decisions are taken by majority vote with the Chairman having casting vote rights.
If the Director overrules the council’s decisions, it must be recorded with justification.
The college council is reconstituted every year.
It draws up the curriculum and training programmes.
It coordinates academic matters and enforces discipline.
